I was skeptical at first, but these little adjustors actually hold the wearable cups snugly against my chest without digging in, and the fine-tuning strap lets me get the perfect tension for hands-free pumping. They've made my middle-of-the-night sessions way less fiddly.
The adjustors do help hold the cups closer when I'm moving around, which is nice, but they took a bit of fiddling to get positioned just right. It's a decent fix if your bra’s already too loose, though I wouldn’t say it completely changes the fit.
